Well folks, it’s getting close! Based on all the emails I am getting, I know you are all itching to get started.
This posting is just to let you know that we’re still on the job and we wanted to inform you of some upcoming meetings. I will be sending out some updates as we go along, but we have some new teams joining us this season (and we’ve lost some) so we are going to get the ball rolling.
The first meeting will be on Tuesday, March 24th at 7 pm at the Knights of Columbus (same as usual). Please be sure to bring contact and alternate contact information to make sure we have an updated list. Also, if you have not yet done so, your $200 performance bond or balance of what you owe on the bond is due. Make cheques payable to GTCSPL.

… and anything else I’ve forgotten at this moment.
An important note:
If your team did not return your keys from last year, you have received a $200 fine as per the constitution. If you return those keys at this first meeting, we might be able to give you a credit. I say “might” because the city ruled last year that they would not award refunds after the November 30 deadline – but we will do what we can!
The following meeting will be on Tuesday, April 21st at 7 pm. This will be the last meeting before the season starts. ALL league fees are due at that meeting, and schedules, balls, keys, etc. will be available to be picked up.
