When: Tuesday April 21st at 7pm
Where: Knights of Columbus Hall on Lewis Rd.

Note: This is a walk through meeting so please show any time between 7 and 8pm.

You will…

Vote on year end banquet –YES or NO.

Pay all league fees and outstanding bonds due. League fees are $1800 plus $200 Performance Bond, and cheques should be made payable to GUELPH TOWNSHIP COED SLO PITCH LEAGUE.

Sign waivers.

Collect keys, scorebooks, schedules and balls.

You will get a chance to discuss any other business with Executive members if necessary. Please make sure someone from your team attends this meeting!
