Perhaps you were out at the ball diamonds on the weekend participating in the Opening Tournament … and maybe, just maybe, you got a little wet! We had some rain come through both Friday night and late in the day Saturday, but we still managed to have fun.

The tournament page has been updated to show the play-by-play of the tournament, but you may notice a lot of 1 – 0 scores. I didn’t have the actual results for the later games on Saturday, so if you have them you can send them along, I’ll update the page. Otherwise, let it suffice that the winners are all correct and the path they took to get there is also complete.

In A Division, Deep Cold came from back in the pack to make some noise when it counted and make their way to the Finals, which they eventually lost to X.

B Division saw Balls & Dolls go undefeated on the weekend, taking the Finals over Hab / Hab Nots.

And in C Division, The Roasters overcame Bases Loaded to make it to the Finals then went on to beat Sox2BU in a 1 run game.
