We have one final meeting to wrap things up for the 2009 season … the Annual General Meeting. The format for these meetings is basically the same for both leagues, so pay attention to the date for the meeting you should be attending!

RCMSPL AGM

When: Wednesday, November 18th at 7:00 pm.
Where: Knights of Columbus on Lewis Rd.

GTCSPL AGM

When: Thursday, November 26th at 7:00 pm.
Where: Knights of Columbus on Lewis Rd.

On the Agenda:

Discuss our finances and pay out any interested teams.

All performance bonds will be available for those who require them, but if you wish to leave it with the league and apply it towards next year, that is fine too.

Any fines that have been incurred throughout the season will have been applied to your performance bond.

Please let us know if you want your performance bond returned so we are prepared.

Discuss and vote on any Constitutional Amendments.

Any rule or Constitution changes MUST be voted on at this meeting.

If you have any changes you wish to see on the agenda, please pass them along so they can be added to the agenda.

Elect our new Executive for the coming season.

All GTCSPL nominations must be received by November 12th to be considered.

RCMSPL deadline was the last meeting.
